  • Questions I have been asked...

I have fielded like 8 calls today asking me where did we get those lights we used in the haunted house. While at the show I was asked this question at least 20 times during the Thursday tour. I stood inside the building all night and answered any questions and this was the #1 question asked over and over again.

I keep telling people (Mini Spots) and am I right saying www.minispots.com

I just got another call asking me where we got them...

    ---------------------

How did we make the swamp house move... it was built with air bags (FOUR OF THEM) on each corner of a steel frame. If you watch the Modern Marvels segement on the Darkness you can sorta see how it was made.

    --------------------

How did you build the swamp house... it was built right on site, we moved the steel upstairs, cut it, welded it, all right there. We proped it up on bricks to suspend it off the floor. Then we built the frame, roof and floors on the steel structure. We didn't attach the air bag and all of that until after the swamp house was completed because...

We need to know the final weight, and height of the swamp house so we could adjust the airbags. Finally the air bag system was put into place and the swamp house was jacked up and the bricks was removed.

We built the bridges and away the swamp house went.

    ----------------------------------

Any other questions about the haunted house let me know and I will try to answer them!

Accept no imitations, Mini-Spotlight is a fantastic company - with all kinds of great LED products ... not only the mini-spots you saw at The Darkness, but also led floods and all kinds of other toys.

                Larry,

Where did you get those flicker candle lights you had everywhere? They seemed to be wired, not battery powered?

                Thanks,
                Allan

We won the set from the HHA auction and have already been tinkering with them. I was blown away when I hooked up the UV power LED to my amazement as to how bright this black light bulb actually was. It lit up the whole room.
Awsome stuff and I'm glad I was the winning bidder.
When I talked to the Mini spot rep. he said dont be fooled by imitations sold by other companies at the show because the quality isnt the same. They are great people and I will be purchasing more in the near future!
                  Thanks, Greg

Yes! I really loved those candles yall had. I heard they were about $20 a piece. That can add up really fast.
