Partnership structure

Have any of you stared your haunt by partnering with a so called "Money Man" (someone with the money) and if so would you mind explaining the structure of the deal. I am trying to find the capital but am not sure what to offer in return.

Hmmm

If they are only loaning you money.....one hell of deal we used to offer

10% plus your original investment back

So you give $5000.....you get back $5500
Most people will think your crazy.....but some will jump at an opportunity to make 10% in less than a few months.
