Just curious, how long, in minutes, is your haunted house.

It has been 90 minutes here for years

And even trying to speed it up it will still be just over an hour, usually.
Having been here before (which can make it quicker) and going for speed, it will still be 45 minutes then customers complain and think they got a short tour.
The people that invest the time and expense to come here , 3 hrs from chicago would not be too happy if this was a ten-minute "Chainsaw Ballet".

Our show runs 90 minutes as well. Were at the point now where were pissing people off because it's too long! People complaining are the heavier set people who have to walk as far as we make them.

            Kevin!

Just get a realistic WW2 Japanese rifle, with bayonet, to go with your Japanese Battan Death March costume and complaints will drop off considerably.
Then they know that you always have the option to leave them severely hurt AND bleeding along the road.
If you REALLY want to mess with them, tempt them into misbehaving, wear your nasty diaper over the Japanese uniform to inspire any regrettable, then punished comments.
