What is the best method/technique for distressing melanite white tile board?

I built a 15x15 room and used the white melanite tile boards for the walls. What are some techniques for distressing the walls to look like an old meat locker freezer? What kind of stuff do I need to get a good creepy, gooey, nasty, look?

Watered down paint washes applied with a deck sprayer for that drippy/splattered/dirty aged look.
Dark paint to simulate dirty grout.
Permablood or similar product splattered on the walls.
Green paint sponge painted to look like mold.
Smear Great Stuff in areas and apply spray paint while still wet. Gives that gross gooey look.
