I'm not sure if anyone has noticed" Home depot and lowes have 7/16 OSB board
for 4.69 It's not been that low ,for a long time. time to stock up.. save $$

I did what Damon was talking about several years ago, using the cheap plastic skulls, cutting them at different angels, applying them to the walls with great stuff foam, and texturing around them to blend in. With a little added airbrush paint (and regular spray paint) they turned out quiet nice. I did this about 5 years ago, applying them directly to concrete walls and suprisingly they are still in place today. This is a very cheap way to do it yourself. Even with the cheesy looking skulls, you would be suprised with the results.

If they become "cheesey smelling" skulls.. this means that they were real skulls to begin with!
Never buy cheap skulls from a guy in a devil costume on October 31st!
