The makers of vBulletin also just released their own FREE! iPhone app which can be downloaded here.

The vBulletin App on iPhone will only access vBulletins Forum and will not allow you to access any other forums that are using vBulletin. So hauntworld is out using that app... I agree with tapatalk, I wrote about it quite some time ago on these forums but it didn't seem like anyone was interested... hopefully we can stir some more interest now! :-)
