Complete Haunted House for Sale
We have a complete haunted house for sale. Everything from the walls to the props and beyond. The house was open for several years but had to be closed due to time constraints on the owner. Below is a link to some pictures of the haunted house and a complete inventory list of everything that is included. We are asking $60,000 (a fraction of the cost of everything) but this price is negotiable. Please call 812-890-0123 for more information. Complete Inventory of the House of the Dead -
1. Walls, wood products, etc. 227 4’x8’ wall, (8 walls are painted in castle/dungeon brick finished on both sides. All walls 2 sheets of Luan), 2 2’x4’s cut down the middle, liquid nails, air nails, paint.
2. 8 half walls 2’x4’ finished on both sides.
3. 2 4’x8’ walls with door openings with bars (jail cell type).
4. 2 4ft wide slam downs
5. 4 4’x8’ standard portrait drops (same size as wall).
6. 1 8’x8’ jumbo portrait drop.
7. 4 4’x8’ ½ plywood stage sections (all sections are 2ft tall and can be bolted together), 8’x16’ when together.
8. 1 giant spark fence 8’x8’ framed in wood ready to go.
9. 1 outside ticket box wired w/ electric with speaker system and lights.
10. 1 podium for an actor 2ft wide by 5ft tall.
2 bust open doors with hinges.
11. 1 giant box of death 4’x4’x4’ with lid (full of 8 inch braces for walls) approximately 300 braces cut and painted black.
12. 4 small wood tables 2’x4’ 2ft off the floor (can be used as platforms for actors to stand on).
13. 4 large pallets 4’x8’.
14. 1 3’x6’ table or platform 2 ½ ft tall.
15. 8 4’x8’ painted on one side sheets of luan.

1. 1 impaler (made by Scare Factory) with sound. Comes with QSC amp model 2450, one dual band Beringer graphic equalizer with 31 bands each channel, one Yamaha 12” speaker with horn, 1 amp rack for amps.
2. One levitating table with 5 chairs, 1 chair with butt vibrator (made by Scare Factory).
3. 1 indoor fake chainsaw, battery operated (made by Spooky Props).
4. 1 haunted book case.
5. 1 trash can monster.
6. 1 20’ vortex (made by Black Hole co.), vortex has steps on both end walls and mirrors on both ends with emergency lighting and sound.
7. 2 air cannons with 500 watt strobes, 1 dual cannon and 1 single cannon (made by Hollywood Controls).
8. 1 diesel truck horn.
9. 3 spark fence walls with chainsaw that has spark.
Facades
1. 1 castle façade with drawbridge, large skull with red lights for eyes and blue lights for windows (made by Off the Wall Productions in Canada).
