The package includes most every fire safety piece of equipment you need to get started. Included are:
-Safety announciator System
-Electrical Shunt Shut off
-Emergency battery back-up lighting, via 4' Flurescent strips.
-Fire alarm Panel, sensors, strobes
-Emergency exit Lighting
-Sound systems and speakers
-Upright air compressor
-Fire extinguishers

It is crated now. Could arrange shipping or pick up between Baltimore and DC.
