This is a one of a kind office trailer converted to a ticket/concession trailer. It was bought last summer and was completely redone inside. I used it for the 2012 season in California. It has new Pergo flooring new paneling completely rewired and new outlets added -New insulation (works very well kept trailer warm all Oct) New bathroom-3 custom ticket windows-new counters and cabinets on both sides. I have custom stairs built also that are taken apart and easily rebuilt. The custom facade was done by Necrotic Creations. I am leaving the industry for now and don't want to store it . It could be used for things a such as a unique construction site office-for festivals/fairs and many other events or make it a cool man cave or living quarters...
The size is 32 x 8. The bathroom is plumbed and ready to go we never hooked it up so its new never used. It is possible to tow with large truck. I have invested well over the asking price with labor and materials. The interior was custom painted for an aged look could easily be repainted back to a solid color if you desired. Would consider trade for haunt related items animatronics..
