This is probably something you dont see everyday, i bought it a couple years ago and used it for a total of a few hours. Its an industrial strength rotator with integrated power wires to allow whatever is rotating on the base, to also have AC power. This would be good for a rotating body display, or rotating a heavy prop hung from the ceiling. It can support up to 100lb!
This unit cost $350 new (yes, its a serious unit, not a chinsy hanging prop rotator).
