Body Saw Animation / Buzz Saw

This was a custom made saw modelled after the distortions "Buzz saw" prop. Its made entirely out of wood, and painted to look like bloodied up metal. The blade is also made of wood. The prop uses a pneumatic cylinder to raise and lower the saw arm, the saw uses a pneumatic rotary tool to spin the blade. Both are controlled with a Fright Ideas Pico Boo unit. The audio for this unit comes from a REAL SAW, there is a circular saw (without the blade) in the base of the unit that turns on, to make this sound like a real saw. The AC output on the base is triggerable as well, and will allow you to plug in extra lights that can turn on with the prop. A very cool and very effective prop. Air compressor required.
