Full Haunted Attraction for Sale

We are selling the assets of a complete Haunted attraction here in Phoenix. The theme is an old victorian manor. Originally 6,000 square feet, it was located inside a strip mall. The package includes most every fire safety piece of equipment you need to get started. Included are:
-Safety announciator System
-Electrical Shunt Shut off
-Emergency battery back-up lighting, via 4' Flurescent strips.
-Fire alarm Panel, sensors, strobes
-Emergency exit Lighting
-Sound systems and speakers
-Upright air compressor
-Fire extinguishers

Addition to the safety equipment:
-All Maze walls, 2 x 3 construction, Treated with NY Fire sheild Paint in 2006
-12 complete rooms with set dressing.
-Original Artwork, Posters, oversized vinyl banners.
-Animated and static props from Gore galore, Mcgee Effx, and little spider.
-Effect Lighting, Fog Machines, Strobes

In addition, we will sweeten the deal with 6 of our animations, new from our factory in Phoenix.

May I suggest?

May I be so bold as to suggest more pictures? Mostly I see pictures of actors. I would like to see detailed pictures of the assets I would be getting. The haunt I would create would not match your's and so detailed pictures of each and every item would help with my purchasing decision because I could see if the items fit into my own layout. Thank you and good luck. This appears to be a STEAL of a deal!! OMG!
