looking for elves??

I got a contract to build a holiday walkthrough for xmas and I'm looking for cheaper elves then the unit 70 ones. I dont have time to build my own but if I must I must.

Any cool props you can thinkg of would be great too. like large nut crackers.

Interesting timing on this question. I just got asked to do a large Christmas display and have been looking for the same thing. I planned on making my own elves but haven't been able to come up with a face I like. Anyone know where to get a life-sized or larger elf face?

Christmas display
