[B]Converting Empty Retail Space into a Haunt? Any Suggestions[/B]

I have posted several Questions to you all and I defiantly Appreciate any suggestions you all have I'm new to this industry and I'm trying to figure things out like how to get financing and what and how to build. And learning from the mistakes that you all have made is the best for someone starting out!
I’m looking for suggestions on converting an old retail space into a haunt. If anyone has any experience with this please let me know!
I’d also like to poll what material would you recommend to help fire proof Raw Lumber used for floors, Platforms, Walls, and ceiling?
