I am looking for personal investors that might be interested in investing in a 18 hole black light mini golf course, family fun center, and Haunted House in Springfield, MO. I will offer 10% net for each $100K invested monthly, with a payment of $100K per year for the loan payments. I'm looking for $600K+ for start up. The estimated gross income is 725K+ with a net of 335K+ for the first 7 years and 435K+ after that. I have all the plans for all attractions and story lines.
