Transworld credentials?

Anyone have an idea when should we expect our Transworld credentials to arrive in the mail? It has been a little over a month (actually, maybe 2 months?) since we registered... and I also sent an employment verification letter in the mail!

I would give them a call if they haven't arrived yet; I've had mine for over a month now. They messed up one of mine, so I had to call and they sent me corrected ones within a few days.

Same here got one and then two days later got the other, I would call them.
