Everything depends onyour local ordinances. If your FD deems it necessary to have a sprinkler system you're screwed. Also there is weather concerns. Are you windy in October?, Rain? Snow?
How efective will the attraction be in this type of environment? Hard to do a realistic mansion haunt if you look up to 30 feet of white canvas!

EVERY environment has plusses and minuses. Your job is to maximize the plusses and minimize the minuses.

I think the Mike Ditka restaurant/October Haunt is in such a inflatable building and has been there for several years now.
At least it looks like it is this type of structure.

Why Not This Type of Structure?

Besides the cost of these structures are there any legal aspects that should be avoided by not using this type of structure. Its got strength space effectiveness and I can put a GIANT billboard on the side of it. I don't see any cons for this place which worries me. So comments legal concerns. Help me out please! Vincent This Time!

Couldn't attach the picture so heres the website.
