Blacklight features!

Another thread was dicussing blacklights. I had mentioned LED black lights.
Checking out one brand I noticed that the LED units are not only dimmable, but DMX controllable, sound activated and have a built in strobe effect.

A couple years ago we were discussing blacklight effects and then you reallly couldn't have a strobe (unless you rigged it yourself or had someone willing to turn it on and off a zillion times a night!!).

Strobe blacklight effects??? Makes you think!!!

i'll deffinately back those up. i used a few of the LED blacklight panel fixtures in a 3d attraction last season. chauvet makes some really nice LED fixtures. if you have a nice lighting budget i'd also recomend the COLORADO weather proof fixtures! highly automated and dmx. great stuff!

Note that these LED lights put out a LOT of ambient light as well and also are of a wavelength that will not work for your invisible colors.
