I thought that Unit 70 had something like this, it was animated, and a guy standing behind cuts his head off, the body then falls down. Perhaps they make a non-animated version.

They do; it's called the "Pyscho Killer Static".

On the other hand, you can always buy a standing prop and take matters into your own hands. All you need is a chainsaw, some rebar, packing foam, and paint.

prop with a person kneeling but doesn't have a head can anyone help me out?
