Im going to try for my first time (anything helps)

so this year, i thought i would try to build a haunted house. its the first one ive ever tried so it not huge. also, i dont want to spend very much money if possible. im making some grave stones with styrophome. the haunted house will start by going through my garage and out a door. or the other way around. im not sure. so any way, what are some ideas and anything i would need to know?

things i will be using: Black light
Strobe light
A red light for spooky effect
Dry Ice/Fog Mechine

How much would the cheapest fog mechine be?

You should have more than one room. Maybe 3 if it's your first one. Get you some actors, whether its friends or family, have them buy the costumes and you do all of the design work. come in through the door, split the garage into 2 rooms, and then build a room outside attatched to the garage.
