Hate to say this but it looks like the girl is getting LASIK eye surgery or something LOL. Sorry I couldn't resist. I just had it done and that's what came to mind (the evil doctor looking down on my eyes).
With the camera mounted on the head, you could only see the body/shoulders move (and some eyes blinking or rolling around). I think having the camera mounted on the body to see the terrifying jolts the head is making would be much more intense. Hair slinging in every direction with each scare and such.
Don't mean to sound like Simon, but I didn't get it...

Yes I enjoyed watching her eyes as well. LOL! She had the most expression in her eyes. To me it looked like she was sitting still though and watching a horror movie rather than going through a haunted house.
