What would you add to increase scare in this room setup?

Room setup: Area of a jail with hay and broken bars as if something big escaped. A table with dinosaur props bones laying around, yellow ambiant light on the jail, sounds of safari environment. Actor a scientist: The experiment has escaped lights go out door knocker on walls as if something is coming then DInosaur comes roaring out, with strobe lights only chasing guests out along with bangers. What else could be added to increase the scare factor.

Loud sounds that the actors can trigger? Or lights the actors can trigger. How about an animation or even an air cannon the actor can trigger.
