Sprayers? How to make sprayers to spray people with water?

How would you set up a scene where sprayers will be involved so guests will think blood is squirting at them but its only water?? Thanks

We used a pump up sprayer and used red lighting with pretty good effect on the cheap. I'm sure there is some company making a product way more sophisticated, but we had a lot of patrons thinking we sprayed them with blood. The flip side is constantly had to reassure people we didn't just ruin their clothes.

Spitters work well

We use a spitter (I think FrightProps has them). When triggered, it squirts whatever liquid you want to use. Works great.

Windshield washer pump and a button, hook it up to a 12v power supply and you got it.
