Looking for an honest thoughts on this, been a local haunt now for a couple years just doing the garage thing. I have been looking at this for awhile now and am thinking of purchasing it.
I live in Mississippi, and have several big fairs all in October. Im able to purchase it with cash so I wont have to finance it or anything. What type of theme do you think would work best for this type of setup. I would really love to do an entire clown theme. That's mainly what I do now. I would do it the correct way and make it very nice as I know that space is limited. Thanks for all your thoughts.
