For those who are in commercial real estate do you not use email or does the guy I try to talk with just not use it? :? I've made a point to email him every other day trying to be a pest and I'm beginning to think he feels I'd pay for a lease or buy the building with monopoly money?? I think once I say haunted house he thinks it's a hoax.S omeone mentioned finding the actual owner?

If you got the money, ability and intent to lease / buy a building for your haunt, then your realtor will bend over backwards to help you acquire the property. After all, that's how they make their living is by negotiating the deal between parties and taking their % from the deal. If you can't find your realtor or their not returning your calls, then I'd say find one that's actually helpful and doing their job. Some realtors (espcially in commercial real estate) won't deal with certain projects that are over 150k or more because of their %. But with the economy the way it is, finding tentants / owners for commercial properties isn't an easy thing right now.
