Building Before Business Plan?

Is it best to have a building picked out (so you know what the cost of renting or buying the building) before you write your business plan?

Good and bad points there.

GOOD: You can write it into the business plan with the costs and location details.

BAD: If you don't get the building, you have to rewrite the biz plan section to get another.



IDEA: Look at SEVERAL buildings, get details and comparisons into biz plan.

I would find out what the average cost to rent/buy per square foot is in the area you would like to have your haunt and then add 20%.
