In a way that's exactly how it went for me while scaring people in their knowing the layout of the hall's and zipping around from door to door getting multiple scares and terrorizing people all night long.

We did a Scooby Doo hallway once. It was pretty cool with only one way to go through and get out. I chased people in a wheelchair and popped wheelies chasing them laughing histarically. It scared the hell out of people poppin in and out in front of them and behind them.

    A Friend Told Me...

He was in an outdoor maze that you entered via an overhead ramp, setting you down in the middle of it. All the 100's of old doors were all painted yellow. Very confusing, time consuming but of course enjoyable for some, no doubt, unless you had to be somewhere on-time ...
Running back & forth in a Scooby hallway sure could be fun, unless you accidentally got too close to the patron known as "Mr. Swinger" who swings first , apologises later (Or never?)
Keep your Dentist's phone number handy. Good idea if you can't talk, can't remember through the concussive blurr, just hand the card to someone else, let them call him.

Depend's I suppose I've only known of one style of door maze at a local haunt I worked at. They were 4 8ftx8ft rooms that had 8 door's these four rooms were connnected to each other and connected by dark hallways we had the door's all painted in UV paint so in the main 8x8 rooms all the doors were lite up and looked alike. One door lead you into the maze and only one door lead you out. I've had so many great scares, once you know the layout like the back of your hand you could really mess with people running from one spot to another while they were absolutley clueless. Only down side to a room like that is when it gets backed up with people on a very crowded night your kind of forced help them pass through.

    Heres a quick picture..
