I call him burnie the clown. I tried to make him look like he puts clown make up over his face even though onside of it was burned. He is reinforced around the mouth and eyes with powermesh.

Morris Costumes is the best period! They have everything you can think of... now if you are talking clown masks CFX has good ones, so does Robert Kurtzman and I think SPFX has one.
