My husband calls it the 80/20 rule. In sales 20% of your customers account for 80% of business. On committees (whether it be committees at work, volunteer organizations or otherwise, 20% of the committee does 80% of the work)... same thing here... a small pecentage of people post 80%+ of the postings.
